Video Not Working?

First of all, don't worry - it's probably not you - this camera does go down from time to time due to maintenance - or I might have tripped over the cord etc. If it's YOUR fault that the video isn't working then try these things: 1. Be sure that your browser is allowing scripts - i.e. if you're using FireFox (Mozilla) you have to click on the little "S" circle at the bottom right corner of your screen and select "allow www.adamblueproductions.com" - don't worry - we're not out to spam you or give your computer diseases. 2. Try going directly to the camera source by going to your address bar on your browser and manually typing in http://adambluekc.getmyip.com - or click on the link there to the left. 3. If the screen tells you that you need to Update or Install "Active X" then go ahead and follow directions that it gives you - Active X is a VERY safe program that allows you to watch video on your computer. If it still doesn't work then it's probably on my end - check back later - but you can still enjoy the video captures from our archives on the HOME PAGE. |
