Jazzoo in The Kansas City Star
June 7th, 2013

Jazzoo was covered in the Kansas City Star once again last year featuring sponsor Adam Blue, CEO of Adam Blue Productions with guests Brad Allaman and Erica Wallace from Kansas City, Missouri.

Jazzoo, one of Kansas City's most popular charity fundraisers, as well as one of the leading National charity events, raised over $700,000 in 2012 and hopes to raise even more for the Kansas City Zoo at Jazzoo 2013. The event hosts several local live bands and a bevy of great restaurants and contributions from businesses.

Great live entertainment in the past has included Liverpool, The Dave Stephens Jazz Orchestra, The Zeros, The KC All Stars, The Taxis 80's Band, Dueling Pianos and other great live Kansas City bands. Jazzoo 2013 will have another wonderful live music line up as well as several open bars and drink stations. Each year this huge charity fundraiser helps to generate revenue for general upkeep of the Kansas City Zoo, the animals and the overall budget. Jazzoo 2013 will be one of the biggest charity events in the Midwest and is definitely worth the trip to Kansas City if you are from out of town. If you are a local, or a regular Jazzoo supporter then be sure and get your tickets lined up for what should be one of the greatest parties of 2013!

The Kansas City Zoo also has other great fundraisers throughout the year that are worth attending including Sunset Safari and various concentrated area charity events. Last year "Flights for Penguins" was a wonderful event that included great live music and cocktails at happy hour. Please donate generously and help to keep the Kansas City Zoo alive and flourishing. Jazzoo 2013 is one of the great events that helps to keep our zoo healthy, while at the same time offering it's guests a unique and exciting party experience.
